It begins by contacting us, either by email or mobile or Signal. We prefer signal as it is encrypted from end to end and is therefore more secure than other methods.
Once you have contacted us, we will assign a dedicated consultant to work with you. The exact methodology will be determined during our first communication. Read our services documentation to understand our procedures better.

Our security team will meet you at the airport where your private jet awaits.
Identity is confirmed quickly and discreetly at all transition locations.
On arrival at our destination, we provide a smooth transfer to the harbour and awaiting tender to take you to your yacht.
Our marine security team is onboard to greet you.

The handoff is coordinated and seamless.

Step 3

On Arrival – Seamless Handoff

On arrival at your destination:

Our ground security team will meet you at the airport where your private transport awaits.
Identity is confirmed quickly and discreetly at all transition locations.
We provide a smooth transfer to the harbour and awaiting tender to take you to your yacht.
Our marine security team is onboard to greet you.

The transition is smooth and comfortable.

Step 4

The Yacht Journey – Core Protection

Once on board, AEGIS Maritime provides:

Professional security presence (armed or unarmed, per flag rules).
Continuous monitoring of the vessel and surroundings.

Step 5

(Optional): Pre- or Post-Yacht Accommodation

If you need or want a stay on land:

We arrange vetted villas, hotels, or residences with enhanced security measures.
On-site staff are screened; access is controlled.
All bookings are managed through your secure platform.

Your stay is comfortable and protected, whether before embarkation or after disembarkation.

Step 6

Destination to Home Airport

The journey home mirrors the outbound:

Tender to dock → private vehicle → charter flight → home airport.
Handover to your own security on arrival.
Same staff and aircraft where possible.
Final report sent securely: “Journey complete. All secure.”

You return home exactly as you left—privately and safely.
